We are a small firm with 12 employees all together. As it is essential in our domain, the goal is to manufacture first-rate as well as high-quality products so that we can meet all our customers’ demands.

MIPON Ltd. has a long-standing tradition in the Czech Republic, mainly in central Bohemia and the area of Plzeň.
The founder, now executive director, Milan Pondělíček is an enthusiastic engineer. He started manufacturing simple jigs in 1992 as an employee in a local tool-room. In those days he used only conventional methods of machining. In 2000 Milan left his job to start his own company. After having invested into various machines and production premises he ran his own business.
In 2013 a reconstruction of a new production hall was finished. This enabled an expansion, namely purchasing the second 5-axis milling centre and the third electrical discharge machine. Soon after that his enterprise changed legally from FO Milan Pondělíček to ToolWorks MIPON Ltd. Today the company runs in one-shift operation.
Comprehensive service.
We provide machining of metals with both conventional (lathe turning, milling and grinding) and unconventional methods (electrical discharge machining included – die sinking, drilling and wire burning. We afford standard machining work and assembling of final products. Our modern machine facilities together with eight highly qualified operators guarantee precise customized manufacture of prime quality.
We manufacture made-to-order according to technical documentation. Under the agreement with a customer we provide all-embracing service even in the domains of coating and heat material treatment.
Our approach to every commission is individual a therefore the cooperation is exactly as our customers wish.
Thanks to our modern facilities we can manufacture even the most complicated milling parts. We have software system SolidWorks and HSM Works, to design a program (CAM). We provide accurate CNC, conventional and electrical discharge machining in one piece only or small series. The semi-operation and final check is 100%. Except regular measuring instruments we also use digital altimeter HC1.
